Ikan belanak

Acar belanak adalah salah satu hidangan khas dari daerah provinsi Aceh.[1] Makanan ini terkenal dengan rasa yang pedas dengan cita rasa yang lezat dan istimewa. Makanan ini menggunakan bahan utama yaitu ikan belanak. Perpaduan ikan belanak sebagai bahan utama dengan bumbu acar menambah rasa pedas pada makanan ini.

Penyajian

Bahan yang digunakan untuk membuat hidangan ini terdiri dari ikan belanak, garam, air jeruk nipis. Sedangkan bumbu yang digunakan antara lain, bawang merah, cabai hijau, cabai merah, cabai rawit dan jahe.

Ikan belanak yang dipakai untuk bahan makanan ini diambil yang masih segar kemudian akan dibersihkan selanjutnya akan digoreng sampai kering. Kemudian bumbu yang dipakai itu akan dihaluskan dan ditumis. Selanjutnya ikan belanak dimasukkan ke dalam bumbu tersebut dan dicampur sampai matang.[2]
