Kicimpring adalah olahan makanan yang terbuat dari olahan singkong, yang mana memiliki variasi rasa yang beragam, dari mulai rasa gurih, asin, manis, pedas, dan merambah ke rasa rasa yang lainnya. Begitu pula kicimpring kadang disebut pula kerupuk singkong. Makanan ini dikatakan sebagai salah satu produk dari tanah Sunda. Dalam pembuatan kicimpring sendiri, memiliki berbagai variasi,ada yang dengan merebus singkong terlebih dahulu, selanjutnya baru ditumbuk. Ada pula dengan memarut singkong kemudian barulah dibuat adonan.[1][2][3]

Pada budaya populer

Kicimpring telah muncul dalam sinetron Preman Pensiun (sejak dari musim ke tiga) dan juga dalam film Preman Pensiun yang disutradarai oleh Aris Nugraha.
