Krecek atau kerecek (bahasa Jawa: ꦏꦿꦺꦕꦺꦏ꧀, translit. Krècèk) adalah kulit sapi yang dikeringkan dapat digunakan dalam masakan atau dibuat kerupuk, cara masak menggunakan bumbu-bumbunya sama dengan bumbu-bumbu sambal goreng, hanya kuahnya agak banyak. Di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang dimaksud krecek adalah sambal goreng tempe dengan kerupuk kulit.

Bahan krecek terbuat dari kulit sapi yang dipotong kecil-kecil dan di goreng sehingga menjadi kerupuk kulit. Setelah menjadi kerupuk kulit kemudian dicampurkan pada masakan tertentu, bisa bersama tahu atau tempe atau oncom.

Sambal goreng krecek ini sangat sedap dan enak jika disatukan dengan masakan yang terdapat nasi putih.
