زيفانيا Zivania او زيفانا ( [2] تركى : Zivaniya [3] ) هو براندى ثفل قبرصى يتم إنتاجه من تقطير خليط من ثفل العنب والنبيت الجاف المحلى المصنوع من عنب Xynisteri و Mavro .[4] اسم زيفانيا من زيفانا واللى تعنى الثفل باللهجه اليونانية القبرصية . زيفانيا عديم اللون وكحولى مع رائحة خفيفه من الزبيب. يختلف محتوى الكحول فيه، حيث تكون القيمة النموذجية هى 45% حسب الحجم. زى ما هو محدد حسب القانون، [5] مش ممكن تحتوى زيفانيا على اكتر من 60% من محتوى الكحول. زيفانيا لا فيها سكر ومافيش بيها حموضة.
