அனைத்துலக குற்றவியல் நீதிமன்றம் (International Criminal Court; ICC அல்லது ICCt)^[2] நெதர்லாந்தின் டென் ஹாக் நகரில் அமைந்துள்ள ஒரு அரசுகளுக்கிடையேயான அமைப்பு மற்றும் பன்னாட்டு நீதிமன்றம். உலகில் இனப்படுகொலை, மானுடத்துக்கு எதிரான குற்றங்கள், போர் குற்றங்கள் செய்தவர்கள் மீது சட்ட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க 2002இல் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. இது நாடுகளுக்கிடையேயான தகராறுகளை விசாரிக்கின்ற ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபையின் ஒரு அங்கமான பன்னாட்டு நீதிமன்றத்திலிருந்து வேறுபட்டது. 123 நாடுகள் இந்நீதிமன்றத்தின் உறுப்பினராக இருக்கின்றன, ஆனால் ரஷ்யா, இந்தியா, ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்கா போன்ற சில நாடுகள் இந்த அமைப்பை கண்டனம் செய்து சேரவில்லை.
