Juan Carlos Onganía (Marcos Paz, Buenos Airesko probintzia, 1914ko martxoaren 17a - Buenos Aires, 1995eko ekainaren 8a) argentinar politikaria eta militarra. 1966 eta 1970 artean Argentinako de facto-ko presidentea izan zen.
