Posłowie na Sejm Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej III kadencji zostali wybrani podczas wyborów parlamentarnych, które odbyły się w dniu 16 listopada 1930.

Pierwsze posiedzenie odbyło się 9 grudnia 1930, a ostatnie, 148. – 27 czerwca 1935. Kadencja Sejmu trwała od 9 grudnia 1930 do 10 lipca 1935. Pierwotnie miała upłynąć 9 grudnia 1935, jednak została skrócona na mocy zarządzenia Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej z dnia 10 lipca 1935 r. o rozwiązaniu Sejmu i Senatu[1].
