Jüri Ratas (lahir 2 Juli 1978) adalah seorang politikus Estonia yang merupakan Pemimpin Partai Tengah Estonia dan mantan Perdana Menteri Estonia. Ia bertindak sebagai Wakil Presiden Riigikogu dari tahun 2007 sampai 2016 dan Wali Kota Tallinn dari tahun 2005 sampai 2007. Sebagai Wali Kota Tallinn, ia memprakarsai program European Green Capital.[1]

Pada pemilihan anggota parlemen tahun 2015, Ratas terpilih kembali ke parlemen dengan 7.932 suara.[2] Pada bulan Maret ia terpilih sebagai Wakil Ketua Parlemen.[3]

Pada 5 November 2016, Ratas terpilih untuk menggantikan Edgar Savisaar sebagai Pemimpin Partai Tengah Estonia.[4]

Setelah kabinet kedua Taavi Rõivas terbelah pada November 2016 karena perjuangan internal, pembicaraan koalisi dimulai antara Partai Tengah dan Partai Sosial Demokrat serta Uni Pro Patria dan Res Publica.[5] Pada tanggal 19 November, ketiga pihak sepakat mengenai kondisi koalisi baru yang dipimpin oleh Ratas.[6] Ratas dilantik sebagai Perdana Menteri Estonia pada 23 November.[7]

Ia sudah menikah dan merupakan seorang ayah dari tiga anak.
