María de la Concepción Francisca de Asís của Tây Ban Nha (Madrid, 26 tháng 12 năm 1859 - Madrid, 21 tháng 10 năm 1861[1]), con gái của Nữ vương Isabel II của Tây Ban Nha và Phối vương Francisco de Asís của Tây Ban Nha.[2] Là con gái của một quân chủ Tây Ban Nha, María de la Conception được nhận tước hiệu Infanta của Tây Ban Nha.

María de la Concepción được sinh ra tại Cung điện Vương thất Madrid,[3][4] là người con thứ tám và con gái thứ tư của Isabel II của Tây Ban Nha và Francisco de Asís của Tây Ban Nha. Vương nữ được rửa tội vào ngày 27 tháng 12 năm 1859 tại nhà nguyện của Cung điện Oriente, cha mẹ đỡ đầu của Vương nữ là María Luisa Fernanda của Tây Ban Nha và Antoine của Pháp.[5][2]

Vài tháng sau khi em gái María del Pilar ra đời, María de la Concepción đã qua đời vào ngày 21 tháng 10 năm 1861. Vương nữ được chôn cất trong Pantéon de Infantes thuộc Tu viện San Lorenzo de El Escorial,[2] trong phòng mộ thứ sáu, nơi được gọi là lăng mộ của trẻ sơ sinh với dòng văn bia rằng:
