Op het US Open 2022 tennistoernooi speelden de mannen en vrouwen de wedstrijden in het gemengd dubbelspel van donderdag 1 tot en met zaterdag 10 september 2022 in het USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center te New York.
Van de titelhouders Desirae Krawczyk en Joe Salisbury had de laatste zich niet voor deze editie van het toernooi ingeschreven. Krawczyk speelde samen met de Brit Neal Skupski, met wie zij tweemaal Wimbledon won (in 2021 en 2022) – zij vormden het eerste reekshoofd maar kwamen niet verder dan de tweede ronde.
Het als vierde geplaatste Australische duo Storm Sanders en John Peers won het toernooi. In de finale versloegen zij het ongeplaatste koppel Kirsten Flipkens en Édouard Roger-Vasselin in de match-tiebreak. Het was voor beiden hun eerste titel in het gemengd dubbelspel.
