La Kategoria Superiore 2015-2016 è stata la 77ª edizione della massima serie del campionato albanese di calcio. La stagione, iniziata il 21 agosto 2015, si è conclusa il 18 maggio 2016. Lo Skënderbeu aveva vinto il campionato per il sesto anno consecutivo, titolo revocato nel 2017 per presunte combine[1] e poi restituito nel 2018.[2] Hamdi Salihi dello Skënderbeu ha vinto la classifica marcatori con 27 reti realizzate. Il Bylis Ballsh ed il Tërbuni Pukë sono stati retrocessi in Kategoria e Parë.
