J. Robin Warren (11. kesäkuuta 1937 Adelaide, Etelä-Australia – 23. heinäkuuta 2024 Perth, Länsi-Australia[1][2]) oli australialainen patologi ja tutkija, joka löysi helikobakteerin vuonna 1979. 1980-luvulla hän osoitti yhdessä Barry Marshallin kanssa, että gastriitti, mahalaukun limakalvon tulehdus sekä vatsalaukun ja pohjukaissuolen haava johtuvat tästä bakteerista. Vuonna 2005 Warren jakoi Nobelin lääketieteen palkinnon yhdessä Marshallin kanssa näistä helikobakteeriin liittyvistä tutkimuksista.[3]
