Джимми Смит (Jimmy Smith, полное имя — Джеймс Оскар Смит (James Oscar Smith); 8 декабря 1925 — 8 февраля 2005) — американский джазовый органист. Внёс значительный вклад в развитие техники игры и импровизации на Хаммонд-органе и популяризацию этого инструмента.

Родился в Норристауне, округ Монтгомери, штат Пенсильвания, 8 декабря 1925 года. На становление музыкального стиля повлияли госпел и блюз. Достиг известности в 1950-х годах, когда его записи пользовались спросом в музыкальных автоматах. В последующие два десятилетия Смит во многом повлиял на формирование стиля, известного как соул-джаз. Известен также как исполнитель хард-бопа.

За свою более чем полувековую карьеру оставил большое наследие в звукозаписи. В 1966 году записал альбом-сюиту вариаций на темы из сюиты «Петя и волк» С. С. Прокофьева. Последней работой стал записанный совместно с молодым органистом Джои Дефранческо альбом Legacy. Умер в 2005 в возрасте 79 лет. Похоронен в Филадельфии, на кладбище Merion Memorial Park.
