La Serie A2 2018-2019 è il torneo di secondo livello del campionato italiano di hockey su pista per la stagione 2018-2019. La competizione è iniziata il 13 ottobre 2018 e si è conclusa il 5 maggio 2019.

Al termine della stagione regolare è stato promosso in Serie A1 il Montebello, mentre dopo i play-off promozione è stato promosso il Correggio; sono retrocessi in Serie B l'Azzurra Novara e il Pico Mirandola.
