Giancarlo Maestri

Giancarlo Maestri (Trento, 1934 – Trento, 11 novembre 1995[1]) è stato un attore, doppiatore e direttore del doppiaggio italiano.

Biografia

Fratello di Anna e Cesare Maestri,[1] ha dato la voce, tra gli altri, a Sean Connery ne Il vento e il leone, L'uomo che volle farsi re e Robin e Marian; a Paul Newman in Nick mano fredda e L'uomo dai 7 capestri; a Dennis Hopper in Easy Rider - Libertà e paura; a Burt Reynolds ne La corsa più pazza d'America e L'uomo che amò Gatta Danzante, del 1973; a Warren Beatty in Gangster Story e James Caan in Non torno a casa stasera.

Agli inizi della sua carriera nel doppiaggio è stato a lungo socio della S.A.S. - Società Attori Sincronizzatori e successivamente è stato uno dei soci fondatori della CVD - Cine video doppiatori insieme a tanti attori/doppiatori tra cui Giancarlo Giannini, Oreste Lionello, Corrado Gaipa e Luciano Melani. Ha inoltre dato la voce a Pisolo in Biancaneve e i sette nani, nell'edizione del 1972.
