Sosis-sosis yang digoreng wajan dapat memakai lemak yang terkandung dalam daging

Goreng wajan adalah sebuah bentuk makanan goreng yang memakai minyak masak atau lemak dalam kadar yang sedikit (dibandingkan dengan goreng dangkal atau goreng rendam), biasanya memakai penggorengan.[1] Dalam kasus makanan berminyak seperti bakon, minyak atau lemak tak perlu ditambahkan.
