Deputación Foral de Biscaia

A Deputación Foral de Biscaia (en éuscaro: Bizkaiko Foru Aldundia, en castelán: Diputación Foral de Bizkaia) é o órgano de goberno do territorio histórico de Biscaia, no País Vasco (España).

Ademais das competencias ordinarias que exercen as deputacións provinciais das restantes provincias de España, a Deputación Foral de Biscaia exerce competencias específicas derivadas da súa natureza como territorio histórico do País Vasco, en virtude do seu Estatuto de Autonomía e da Lei de Territorios Históricos de 1983.

A Deputación é o órgano executivo que depende das Xuntas Xerais de Biscaia (que é o órgano lexislativo).
