Ágios Geórgios (kreik. Άγιος Γεώργιος) on pieni Kreikan saari, joka kuuluu Pohjoisen Egean saariin ja sijaitsee Lesboksen saaren pohjoisrannikolla Pétran kylän edustalla. Saaren pinta-ala on 0,168 neliökilometriä[1] ja se on asumaton (vuonna 2011). Hallinnollisesti Ágios Geórgios kuuluu Länsi-Lesboksen kuntaan, Lesboksen alueyksikköön ja Pohjois-Egean saarten alueeseen.[2]

Ágios Geórgios on osa Pétran kyläyhdyskuntaa[2] ja suurin sen edustalla olevista saarista.[1] Saari on saanut nimensä siellä olevasta Pyhälle Georgiokselle (Ágios Geórgios) omistetusta kappelista.[1] Saaren suurin korkeus on noin 40 metriä merenpinnasta laskettuna ja sen rantaviivan pituus on noin 1,7 kilometriä.[1] Ágios Geórgios on yhdessä Tomaronísian saarten ja eräiden muiden Lesboksen rannikon kalliosaarten kanssa osa Natura 2000 -aluetta ”Lesboksen saaret” (GR4110009).[3]

Saarta ei tule sekoittaa toiseen Ágios Geórgioksen saareen, joka sijaitsee Lesboksen etelärannikolla Kallonínlahdessa.[2]
