Ali Shallal al-Qaisi (bahasa Arab: علي شلال القیسي) adalah seorang warga sipil Irak yang ditangkap dalam tahanan Amerika Serikat selama interogasi CIA dan disiksa di Penjara Abu Ghraib pada tahun 2003. Namanya menjadi terkenal pada tahun 2004 ketika penyiksaan dan penyalahgunaan tahanan di Abu Ghraib menjadi berita utama.[1][2]
