William Esco Moerner (d. 24 Haziran 1953) Amerikan fizikçi ve kimyacı. Süper-çözünürlük mikroskopi alanındaki çalışmalarından dolayı Stefan Hell ve Eric Betzig'le birlikte 2014 yılında Nobel Kimya Ödülü kazanmıştır.[1][2]
