Tomas Gösta Tranströmer (İsveççe:tʊ ː mas jœsta trɑ ː nstrœmər; d. 15 Nisan 1931 - ö. 26 Mart 2015) bir İsveçli şair, psikolog ve çevirmen.Stockholm Üniversitesi'nde şiir ve psikoloji okudu[1][2] Şiirleri 60 fazla dilde tercüme edilmiştir.[3] Hristiyan şair olarak tanımlanmıştır.[4] Tranströmer, İkinci Dünya Savaşı sonrası en iyi İskandinav yazarlarından biri olarak takdir edilmiştir.[5]

Hayatı

Tranströmer 1931 yılında Stockholmda doğdu, babası ve annesi boşandıktan sonra, annesi bir öğretmen olarak tarafından büyütüldü.[6]
