Allvar Gullstrand (d. 5 Haziran 1862, Landskrona - ö. 28 Temmuz 1930, Stockholm), İsveçli göz doktorudur.

Gullstrand, Uppsala Üniversitesi'nde (1894-1927) göz terapisi ve optik profesörlüğü yaptı. Optik görüntüler ve gözün ışık kırınımı çalışmalarında fiziksel ve matematik yöntemleri kullandı. Bu çalışmalarından dolayı 1911 yılında Nobel Fizyoloji veya Tıp Ödülü aldı.

Gullstrand ayrıca astigmatizm üzerine yaptığı araştırmalar, oftalmoskop gelişimi ve katarakt ameliyatlarından sonra kullanılan düzeltici lenslerle ilgili yaptığı çalışmalarla da bilinir.

1905 yılında İsveç Kraliyet Bilimler Akademisi üyeliğine seçildi ve Akademi Fizik Ödülü Komitesi'nde görev aldı. Komitede görev yaparken yanlış olduğuna inandığı Albert Einstein'ın görelilik teorisi ile Nobel Fizik Ödülü'nü almasını engellemeye çalıştı.[1]

Gullstrand, Signe Breitholtz (1862-1946) ile 1885 yılında evlendi. 1930 yılında Stockholm'de öldü.
