Ang Sexten (Italyano: Sesto [ˈsɛsto]) ay isang nayon at comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigang Awtonomo ng Bolzano, rehiyon ng Trentino-Alto Adigio, hilagang Italya. Ang nayon ay sikat bilang resort para sa mga sport pantag-araw at pantaglamig sa mga bundok.
Ayon sa senso noong 2011, 95.37% ng populasyon ang nagsasalita ng Aleman, 4.36% Italyano, at 0.27% Ladin bilang unang wika.[4]
Heograpiya
Ang comune ay may hangganan, paikot pakanan mula sa kanluran, ng Toblach, Innichen, Sillian (Austria), Kartitsch (Austria), Comelico Superiore (Belluno) at Auronzo di Cadore, (Belluno).
Kasaysayan
Ang pangalan ng nayon ay nagmula sa Latin: ad horam sextam, ibig sabihin ay "sa ikaanim na oras", na tumutukoy sa lokasyon nito sa timog ng Innichen. Nakadokumento ang Sexta simula noong 965 AD. Noong Unang Digmaang Pandaigdig, ang Sexten ay nasa linyang harapan sa pagitan ng Italya at ng Imperyong Austria-Ungriya, at nagdusa ng malaking pinsala.
