Ang Plaus ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigang Awtonomo ng Bolzano, rehiyon ng Trentino-Alto Adigio, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 30 kilometro (19 mi) hilaga-kanluran ng lungsod ng Bolzano.

Heograpiya

Noong Hulyo 2023, ang munisipalidad ay may populasyon na 762 at isang lugar na 187.0 kilometro kuwadrado (72.2 mi kuw).[3][4]

Ang Plaus ay isa sa tatlong munisipalidad ng Timog Tirol na ang pangalan ay nanatiling hindi nabago noong unang bahagi ng ika-20 siglo na programa sa pagpapalit ng pangalan na naglalayong palitan ang karamihan sa mga pangalan ng lugar sa Aleman ng mga Italyanisadong bersiyon, ang dalawa pa ay Gais at Lana.[5]

May hangganan ang Plaus sa sumusunod na munisipalidad: Algund, Naturns, at Partschins.
