Hidroliza -His¹⁰-Leu-, -Ala¹⁴-Leu-, -Tyr¹⁶-Leu- i -Phe²⁴-Phe- veza u insulinskom B lancu

Ova hemoragička endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zmije Bothrops jararaca.
