Trzeszczany (do 1954 gmina Mołodiatycze) – gmina wiejska w województwie lubelskim, w powiecie hrubieszowskim. W latach 1975–1998 gmina położona była w województwie zamojskim.

Oficjalna siedziba gminy to Trzeszczany (nie istnieje taka miejscowośc)[4][5], choć urząd gminy znajduje się we wsi Trzeszczany Pierwsze.

Według danych z 30 czerwca 2004[6] gminę zamieszkiwało 4738 osób. Natomiast według danych z 31 grudnia 2017 roku[7] zamieszkiwały 4192 osoby.
