Mistrzostwa Świata Par 1981 – 12. edycja zawodów żużlowych najwyższej rangi zorganizowanych przez Międzynarodową Federację Motocyklową w celu wyłonienia medalistów mistrzostw świata par w sezonie 1981. Rozegrano jeden turniej eliminacyjny, dwa półfinały oraz finał, w którym zwyciężyła amerykańska para – Bruce Penhall i Bobby Schwartz[1]. W finale wzięła udział jako gospodarz polska para – Edward Jancarz i Zenon Plech, zdobywając po raz drugi brązowe medale.
