Bjarne Lyngstad (født 9. januar 1901 på Inderøy, død 4. september 1971) var en norsk gårdbruker, folkehøgskolelærer og Venstre-politiker. Han var stortingsrepresentant for Nord-Trøndelag fra 1961 til 1969, landbruksminister i 5 år, og ordfører i Inderøy 6 år: høsten 1945, 1948–51 og 1958–59.[1][2]

Han var kommunalminister i John Lyngs regjering i 1963; i Per Bortens regjering var han landbruksminister fra 1965 til 21. august 1970.

Bjarne Lyngstad var varaordfører i Inderøy 1946–1947, 1955–1957 og 1960–1961. Februar-april og mai-september 1946 var han konstituert som ordfører mens Paul Hjulstad var sykemeldt.[2][3][4]
