Vladimirs Aitofs (franču: Wladimir Aïtoff; dzimis 1879. gada 5. augustā, miris 1963. gada 6. septembrī) bija franču regbists, olimpiskās zelta medaļas ieguvējs.[1]

Vladimirs bija krievu kartogrāfa Dāvida Aitova dēls, kurš uz Parīzi aizbēga pēc tam, kad tika notiesāts par “revolucionāras propagandas izplatīšanu” pret Krievijas Impēriju. Vladimirs medicīnisko studiju laikā spēlēja Parīzes sporta klubā Racing Club. 1900. gadā viņš bija viens no Jauktās komandas regbija komandas (Union des Sociétés Françaises) pārstāvjiem, kuri olimpiskajā regbija turnīrā izcīnīja zelta medaļu.[2] Bez olimpiskā čempiona titula viņš divas reizes izcīnīja arī Francijas čempionu titulus.

Pēc studijām, kuras vadīja poļu neirologs Džozefs Babinskis, Aitofs devās uz Krieviju, kur viņš strādāja Francijas slimnīcā Sanktpēterburgā, un turp nodzīvoja līdz Pirmā pasaules kara sākumam. No 1914. līdz 1918. gadam viņš strādāja par ārstu Frnacijas armijā un par militāro dienestu tika apbalvots gan ar Croix de Guerre, gan ar Légion d’honneur.

Pēc atgriešanās Parīzē viņam bija izcila karjera medicīnā, kā arī viņš bija alkohola un prostitūcijas apkarotājs. Viņš bija viens no Sarkanā Krusta organizatoriskās komitejas bēgļiem palīdzības dibinātājiem un vēlāk pievienojās Līgas komitejai, lai apkarotu antisemītismu. Aitofs bija arī ievērojams brīvmūrnieks krievu trimdas kopienā.

Otrā pasaules kara laikā viņš bija iesaistīts pretošanās kustībā pret nacistu okupāciju Francijā un par saviem centieniem tika nosūtīts uz koncentrācijas nometnēm Buhenvaldē un Aušvicā. 1945. gadā viņš tika atbrīvots no ieslodzījuma koncentrācijas nometnē.
