시즈쿠이시정(일본어: 雫石町)은 일본 이와테현 중부에 위치하는 이와테군의 정이다.

서쪽은 아키타현(센보쿠시)과 접하고 있으며 온천이나 스키장, 고이와이 농장을 포함하는 등 관광에 힘을 쏟고 있는 정이다. 1993년에는 시즈쿠이시 스키장에서 알파인 스키 세계 선수권 시즈쿠이시 대회가 열렸다.

역사

  • 1889년 4월 1일 - 정촌제가 시행으로 미나미이와테 군 시즈쿠이시촌, 고세 촌, 니시야마 촌, 오묘진 촌이 성립하였다.
  • 1896년 3월 29일 - 기타이와테 군과 미나미이와테 군이 합병해 이와테 군이 되었다.
  • 1940년 12월 23일 - 시즈쿠이시 촌이 정으로 승격해 이와테 군 시즈쿠이시 정이 되었다.
  • 1955년 4월 1일 - 구 시즈쿠이시 정, 고세 촌, 니시야마 촌, 오묘진 촌이 합병해 새로운 시즈쿠이시 정이 되었다.
  • 1955년 10월 1일 - 시즈쿠이시 정의 일부가 모리오카시에 편입되었다.
