Sesúan (eða Sìchuan) (kínverska: 四川; rómönskun: Sìchuān) er Héruð Kína í vesturhluta Kína. Höfuðborg þess er Chengdu. Stærstur hluti héraðsins er í Sesúandældinni sem er umkringt Himalajafjöllum í vestri, Qinling-fjallgarðinum í norðri og Yunling-fjallgarðinum í suðri. Fljótið Jangtse rennur í gegnum héraðið.
