Tetenger Akademi Militer Yogyakarta.

Tetenger Akademi Militer Yogyakarta adalah penanda berwujud batu yang berlokasi di Jalan Wardhani Nomor 2, Kotabaru. Tetenger ini terletak di pertigaan jalan, sehingga mudah diketahui oleh orang yang melewatinya. Tetenger tersebut dibuat untuk memperingati bahwa dahulu kala SMA BOPKRI 1 Yogyakarta menjadi tempat Akademi Militer pertama di Indonesia.[1]

Kondisi fisik

Tetenger ini memiliki bentuk batu besar dan di belakangnya terdapat relief perjuangan. Tulisan yang ada di bagian batu tersebut menyebutkan bahwa salah satu kadet militer akademi gugur dalam perjuangannya di Pelataran pada 24 Februari 1949.[2][3]
