Tatár György (Salgótarján, 1947. augusztus 17. –) zsidó származású magyar filozófus, esszéista és publicista, az ELTE Bölcsészettudományi Kar, Filozófia Intézet, Általános Filozófia Tanszék tanára. Egyaránt szakterülete a vallásfilozófia és Friedrich Nietzsche filozófiája. Mélyrehatóan foglalkozik a zsidóság helyzetével, problémáival, történetével.
