Robert James "Bob" Shiller (s. 29. maaliskuuta 1946^[1] Detroit, Michigan^[2]) on yhdysvaltalainen ekonomisti ja Yalen yliopiston kansantalouden professori. Shiller on käsitellyt kirjassaan Irrational Exuberance järjettömän innostuneisuuden syitä. Kirjan ensimmäinen painos ennusti IT-kuplan puhkeamisen^[3] ja toinen painos^[4] asuntojen hintakuplan puhkeamisen. Shiller sai Nobelin taloustieteen palkinnon vuonna 2013 yhdessä Eugene Faman ja Lars Peter Hansenin kanssa.
