Эдгар Дуглас Эдрыян (англ.: Edgar Douglas Adrian, першы барон Эдрыян (30 лістапада 1889, Лондан, Вялікабрытанія — 4 жніўня 1977) — брытанскі электрафізіёлаг, даследчык нервовай сістэмы, лаўрэат Нобелеўскай прэміі па фізіялогіі і медыцыне (1932) (сумесна з Чарлзам Шэрынгтанам) «за адкрыцці, якія тычацца функцый нейронаў».

Член (1923) і прэзідэнт (1950—1955) Лонданскага каралеўскага таварыства. Асноўныя працы прысвечаны электрафізіялогіі органаў пачуццяў і нервовых клетак. Вядомы як бліскучы эксперыментатар, які паклаў пачатак прымяненню электронікі ў фізіялагічных даследаваннях. Упершыню правёў эксперыменты на адзіночных нервовых валокнах і нервовых канчатках. З 1934 года займаўся электрафізіялагічным даследаваннем мозгу і вывучэннем парушэння яго функцый. Зарэгістраваў электрычную актыўнасць асобных нервовых клетак.
