Lay-duce, Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社Lay-duce, Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha Rei-dyūsu) is a Japanese animation studio based in Nakano, Tokyo.

It was formed in August 2013 by former Bones producer Yonai Norimoto.
