Sungai Boh adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Malinau, provinsi Kalimantan Utara, Indonesia. Kecamatan Sungai Boh berbatasan langsung dengan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara dan Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu di provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

Demografi

Penduduk asli yang mendiami Malinau adalah orang Dayak. Ada sekitar sebelas suku bangsa asli yang mendiami Malinau yakni Lun Bawang atau dikenal juga dengan Lundayeh, kemudian Dayak Kenyah, Dayak Kayan, Tahol, Dayak Tingalan, Dayak Punan, Abai, Dayak Berusu, Sa’ben, Tidung, dan Bulungan.[3] Dan ada juga suku lainnya seperti Suku Iban, Dayak Murut Tagal dan suku pendatang lainnya.

Pada tahun 2022, jumlah penduduk kecamatan Sungai Boh sebanyak 2.348 jiwa, dengan kepadatan penduduk 0,84 jiwa/km².[2] Kemudian, persentasi penduduk kecamatan ini berdasarkan agama yang dianut, mayoritas beragama Kekristenan yakni 98,93%, dengan rincian Protestan sebanyak 69,65% dan Katolik sebanyak 29,28%, dianut oleh Dayak (Kenyah, Lundayeh, Murut, Tajol, Kayan, Penan, Punan). Sebagian kecil lagi menganut agama Islam yakni 0,38%.[4] Dan untuk sarana rumah ibadah, terdapat 7 gereja Protestan, dan 3 gereja Katolik.[2]
