Pengembangan lahan yasan atau pengembangan properti adalah suatu proses bisnis yang mencakup kegiatan yang berkisar dari renovasi dan penyewaan kembali pada bangunan yang telah ada, hingga pembelian mentah suatu tanah dan penjualan lahan pembangunan atau parsel kepada orang lain. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan atau orang-orang tertentu yang dikenal dengan pengembang real estat.[1][2]
