Keuskupan Orlando (bahasa Latin: Dioecesis Orlandensis) adalah sebuah keuskupan Katolik Roma di Florida. Keuskupan tersebut berdiri pada 18 Juni 1968.[1] Sebelumnya, kawasan Florida Tengah adalah bagian dari Keuskupan St. Augustine. Sekarang, keuskupan tersebut meliputi sembilan county yang meliputi Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Marion, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, Polk, dan Sumter, dengan luas sekitar 9.611 mil persegi (24.890 km2). William Borders, Uskup pertama dari keuskupan tersebut, mengklaim pada 1969 kepada Paus Paulus VI bahwa Kitab Hukum Kanonik 1917 yang berlaku saat itu menempatkan wilayah yang baru dijelajahi berada di bawah yurisdiksi gerejawi dari tempat keberangkatan, menjadikan Keuskupan Orlando bertanggung jawab untuk kawasan bulan setelah penerbangan Apollo 11.[2] Jika benar, total luas keuskupan tersebut akan menjadi 14.657.051 mil persegi, menjadikannya keuskupan Katolik terbesar yang pernah berdiri.
