Ir. Dhony Rahajoe, M.B.A. (EYD: Dhony Rahayu; lahir 8 September 1966) adalah seorang pengusaha properti dan pengembang Indonesia. Ia juga merupakan mantan Wakil Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara pertama untuk mendampingi Bambang Susantono yang menjabat sejak 10 Maret 2022 hingga 3 Juni 2024. Sebelumnya, Dhony menjabat sebagai Managing Director President Office di Sinar Mas Land, sebuah perusahaan properti di Indonesia.[1]

Kehidupan awal

Dhony Rahajoe merupakan alumni Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) angkatan 1984, jurusan Teknik Arsitektur.[2] Dhony telah menikah, istrinya bernama Dewi, dan memiliki tiga orang anak, dua perempuan yang bernama Denise dan Anya, serta satu laki-laki bernama Dio.

Perjalanan karier

Sinar Mas Land

Dhony sudah lama bekerja di bidang properti dan pengembangan, dan saat ini masih bekerja di Sinar Mas Land. Dalam situs resmi Sinar Mas Land, nama Dhony Rahajoe pernah menjabat sebagai Managing Director President Office Sinar Mas Land.[3][4]

Dhony menjabat sebagai Managing Director sejak tahun 2015.[5] Dhony juga menjadi anggota dari Badan Pembina Yayasan Institut Teknologi Sains Bandung (ITSB). Yayasan ini merupakan milik Sinar Mas Group yang kemudian mendirikan kampus ITSB (Institut Teknologi Sains Bandung). Dalam mengembangkan standar akademik, ITSB memiliki kerja sama dengan ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung).[6]

Wakil Kepala Otorita IKN

Dhony Rahajo dilantik oleh presiden Indonesia, Joko Widodo, menjadi wakil kepala otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (10 Maret 2022).

Pada 10 Maret 2022, Presiden Indonesia, Joko Widodo, melantik Dhony Rahajoe menjadi Wakil Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara, mendampingi Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara, Bambang Susantono di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta.

Dalam Undang Undang IKN Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 Pasal 10 disebutkan bahwa Kepala dan Wakil Kepala Otorita IKN memegang jabatan selama lima tahun.[5]

Dengan demikian, Bambang dan Dhony menjabat untuk periode 2022-2027. Bambang Susantono dan Dhony Rahajoe menjadi pejabat pertama yang menduduki jabatan tersebut untuk memimpin di Ibu Kota Nusantara.
