威爾斯的路易王子殿下（英語：HRH Prince Louis of Wales，/ˈluːi/，LOO-ee[2][3]，2018年4月23日—），全名為路易·亞瑟·查爾斯（Louis Arthur Charles），是威爾斯親王威廉與夫人凱薩琳的次子，英國國王查爾斯三世孫子，伊莉莎白二世的第六名曾孫。他目前是英國王位第四順位繼承人。

為慶祝路易王子誕生，於倫敦海德公園施放禮炮。

2017年9月4日，肯辛頓宮宣布劍橋公爵夫人第三度懷孕[4]。2018年4月23日11時01分（英國夏令時，10:01 UTC），劍橋公爵夫人凱薩琳生下一名兒子[5][6]，在出生7小時後，首次在醫院的林都院區（Lindo Wing）公開亮相[7]。2018年4月27日，肯辛頓宮宣布這名男嬰被取名為路易·亞瑟·查爾斯[8]，其中路易與查爾斯分別是向高舅公蒙巴頓伯爵與祖父查爾斯三世致敬，亞瑟則為其祖父與父親共有的中間名[9]。

受洗

路易王子於2018年7月9日於聖詹姆士宮受洗。[10]他的教父母包括：露西·密道頓（Lucy Middleton）、漢娜·卡特（Hannah Carter）、尼可拉斯·凡可岑（Nicholas van Cutsem）、哈利·歐伯利－弗萊徹（Harry Aubrey-Fletcher）、蓋·培利（Guy Pelly）、蘿拉·米德（Laura Meade）。[11]

路易王子的完整稱呼為：威爾斯的路易·亞瑟·查爾斯王子殿下（His Royal Highness Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Wales）。

根據英王喬治五世於1917年及伊利沙伯二世2012年頒布的專利特許證[12][13][14]，路易作為王儲長子之子，自出生即為英國王子，尊稱為“殿下”（Royal Highness）。由於伯斯協議（英语：Perth Agreement）實施後長子繼承制被絕對繼承制取代，路易作為協議實施後首位誕生的王子，成為了史上第一名繼承順位排在其姐姐之後的英國王子[15]。

女王伊丽莎白二世規定其與菲利普親王的父系後裔以蒙巴頓-溫莎為法定姓氏[16]，然而擁有頭銜的王室成员一般不使用姓氏，以示其非平民。因此在學校就讀時，路易與其他王子、公主一樣，使用父親的最高封號為姓，被稱為路易·劍橋（Louis Cambridge）[17]。
