《普世歡騰》（或：普天同慶，英語：Joy to the World）是最著名的聖誕頌歌之一，歌詞於1719年由英國公理會牧師、詩人以撒·華茲根據舊約聖經的《詩篇》第98章所創作[1]。關於作曲有兩個版本，早期的版本源自於格奧爾格·弗里德里希·亨德爾的清唱劇《彌賽亞》第33節中的“擡起你們的頭”（Lift up your heads），歌詞取自舊約聖經的《詩篇》第24章第7節至第10節[2]；現在普遍流行的版本是19世紀的美國銀行家和宗教作曲家洛厄爾·梅森（英语：Lowell Mason）根據亨德爾的“彌賽亞合唱第33節（英语：Messiah Part II#Scene 3）”樂曲風格，於1848年為《普世歡騰》重新譜寫的樂曲[3][4]，這首經過改編後的樂曲除了每逢聖誕節期間廣爲流傳之外，在基督教教會（包括天主教和新教）中也經常用作教會的唱詩音樂。
