伊魁特（伊努克提圖特語：ᐃᖃᓗᐃᑦ，英語：Iqaluit，也译“伊瓜努”）是加拿大努納福特地區的首府，是加拿大目前最年輕的領地首府（由公民投票選出）。2021年伊魁特人口數為七千，其中大多是因纽特人（Inuit）。

伊魁特位於世界第五大島巴芬島的南方，屬於港口城市。從地形上看，伊魁特位在弗羅比歇灣的頂部，在北冰洋的東大陸邊緣。面對著哈德遜灣（Hudson Bay）北部。當地因纽特人因能抗嚴寒氣候，而被稱為Iqalummiut（名詞單數，Iqalummiuk，意指「非凡的伊努特人」）。

在第二次世界大戰時，伊魁特曾作為美國空軍的基地使用過，因此弗羅比歇灣在這一時期人口快速增加，1950年代時，建立了遠距離預警線（the Distant Early Warning Line，簡稱為DEW line）雷達系統；當時此系統是用來偵測蘇聯的飛彈動向。1987年1月1日，才正式將弗羅比歇灣這一帶稱做伊魁特市（在因纽特語中，意謂「群魚之地」）。

伊魁特的气候类型属于寒带苔原气候，因为最热月7月的平均气温仅为8.2 °C（46.8 °F），年平均气温为−9.3 °C（15.3 °F），导致城市处在永久冻土上，类似的大型城市有西伯利亚的雅库茨克。2008年7月是有史以来最热的一个月，当月的平均气温为11.8 °C（53.2 °F），并且在当月21日录得最高气温记录26.7 °C（80.1 °F）。而极端最低气温是1967年2月10日记录的−45.6 °C（−50.1 °F）。

伊魁特市的特色除了是加拿大人口最少的領地首府外，也是加拿大唯一一個公路到不了的首府，和秘鲁的伊基托斯、俄罗斯的堪察加城或者美国阿拉斯加州的朱诺一样，汽车想要抵达只能通过轮渡的方式。由于努那福特地區遠離加拿大橫貫公路系统，航空是到達伊魁特最便捷的方法。在不受浮冰的干擾下，也可以乘船前往。建立于二战时期的伊魁特机场是最便捷的交通站，由于气候寒冷还曾作为空中巴士A380和空中巴士A350客機的低温测试中心。
