Fabergé 1964 ve 1984 yılları arasında George Barrie başkanlığında üretilen bir kozmetik markasıydı. 1984'te McGregor Corporation, Fabergé'yi satın aldı ve birçok Fabergé ürününü durdurdu. 2007'de ticari markalar, lisanslar ve haklar Fabergé Limited'e devredildi, Cayman Adaları'nda Mark Dunhill CEO oldu ve Fabergé'yi lüks mal markası yapmak istediğini açıkladı.[1]

1984 yılında Botany 500 giyim pazarlamacısı McGregor Corporation, Fabergé'yi satın aldı ve birçok Fabergé ürününü durdurdu. Şirket aynı yıl Fabergé kolonyası tarafından Mcgregor'u başlattı. Billy the Kid, Scoreboard ve Wonderknit ticari markaları altında erkek, kadın ve çocuk giyimi dahil yeni ürün grupları tanıtıldı.[2]
