Ang Bayan ng Arayat ay isang ika-1 na klaseng bayan sa lalawigan ng Pampanga, Pilipinas. Ayon sa senso ng 2024, ito ay may populasyon na 150,949 sa may 32,005 na kabahayan. Ang Arayat ay nasa hangganan ng Candaba, Mexico, Magalang, Santa Ana, at Cabiao sa Nueva Ecija. Malaking bahagi ng Mount Arayat ang matatagpuan sa loob ng munisipyong ito. Ang Arayat ay 22 kilometro (14 mi) mula sa San Fernando, 88 kilometro (55 mi) mula sa Maynila, at 7 kilometro (4.3 mi) mula sa Santa Ana.
