กระดูกค้อน (อังกฤษ: malleus or hammer) เป็นกระดูกหูขนาดเล็กรูปร่างเหมือนค้อน อยู่ภายในหูชั้นกลางซึ่งติดต่อกับกระดูกทั่งและยึดเกาะกับพื้นผิวด้านในของเยื่อแก้วหู (eardrum) ทำหน้าที่ส่งผ่านความสั่นสะเทือนของเสียงจากเยื่อแก้วหูไปยังกระดูกทั่ง

กระดูกค้อนเป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยน้ำนม วิวัฒนาการมาจากกระดูกขากรรไกรล่างในสัตว์มีถุงน้ำคร่ำ เรียกว่า กระดูกอาร์ติคิวลาร์ (articular) ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อต่อขากรรไกรของสัตว์เลื้อยคลาน[2]
