Serin C-palmitoiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.50, serinska palmitoiltransferaza, SPT, 3-oksosfinganinska sintetaza, acil-KoA:serin C-2 aciltransferaza dekarboksilacija) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom palmitoil-KoA:L-serin C-palmitoiltransferaza (dekarboksilacija).^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

palmitoil-KoA + L-serin ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ KoA + 3-dehidro-D-sfinganin + CO₂

Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
