Radoslav Pavlović (1420 — 1441) je bio bosanski knez, a potom i vojvoda iz feudalne porodice Pavlovića koja je imala svoje posede u istočnim delovima kraljevine Bosne. Posle ubistva njegovog oca Pavla Radenovića (?-1415) na Parenoj poljani kod Bobovca 1415. godine zajedno sa starijim bratom Petrom (1415 — 1420) otpočinje rat protiv Sandalja Hranića (1392 — 1435) i Kosača kao odgovornima za to.

Posle pogibije starijeg brata Petra u sukobu sa Osmanlijama 1420. godine, preuzima titulu vojvode i vođstvo nad Pavlovićima. Okončao je sukobe sa Kosačama što je potvrdio svojom poveljom izdatom 1420. god.[1] Zatim se oženio se Teodorom, ćerkom Vukca Hranića i sestrom budućeg vođe Kosača Stefanom (1435 — 1466) sa kojom je imao tri sina.

Svoj deo Konavla je 1426. godine prodao je Dubrovačkoj republici za 18.000 perpera, ali je već 1430. godine otpočeo prvi Konavoski rat oko prodatih teritorija koji se okončao 1432. godine priznavanjem stanja sa početka sukoba, poveljom kralja Tvrtka II iz 1433.[2][3]

Probao je 1435. godine da se posle smrti vojvode Sandalja Hranića (1392 — 1435) okoristi novonastalom situacijom, ali je u sukobu sa bratom svoje žene Stefanom izgubio južne delove svoje zemlje sa Trebinjem. Umro je 1441. godine, a nasledio ga je sin Ivaniš (1441 — 1450).

Radoslav Pavlović je bio drugi sin kneza Pavla Radenovića koji je pored njega imao još jednog sina:

Bio je oženjen Teodorom kćerkom Vukca Hranića iz porodice Kosača (bratanica Sandalja Hranića i sestra Stefana Vukčića Kosače) sa kojom je imao tri sina koja su ga nasledila:
