Indol-3-acetaldehid reduktaza (NADPH) (EC 1.1.1.191, indolacetaldehid (redukovani nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid fosfat) reduktaza, indol-3-etanol:NADP⁺ oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (indol-3-il)etanol:NADP⁺ oksidoreduktaza.^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(indol-3-il)etanol+ NADP⁺ ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ (indol-3-il)acetaldehid + NADPH + H⁺
