Fabuła
Młody architekt, Steven Kovacs, przeprowadza się do nowego mieszkania i postanawia zainstalować sobie telewizję kablową. Wkrótce w mieszkaniu Stevena pojawia się instalator kablówki, ekscentryczny Chip Douglas, który uznaje Stevena za idealnego kandydata na przyjaciela.
